More Important Shit The Bush Regime Has Totally Fucked All To Hell

March 16, 2008

Ars Technica reported the results of a Government Accountability Office (Congress’s investigative arm) on the Federal Communications Commission (the executive agency statutorily required to enforce the communications laws and administrative rules) that details severe deficiencies in enforcement:

The Government and Accountability Office (GAO) has concluded that the Federal Communications Commission does nothing with about four out of every five consumer complaints that it puts into a database and investigates. Even worse, the GAO could not discern from its survey of the FCC’s complaint process why the FCC takes no enforcement action with 83 percent of the complaints it looked into from 2003 through 2006.

PhysioProf doesn’t need to even read the rest of the article to know why this is happening. It’s because the fucking Bush regime has gotten rid of every single competent expert in wide swaths of the executive branch, and replaced them with obedient, but completely incompetent, partisan hackfucks who don’t know jack shit about anything to do with the shit they’re supposed to administer.

I have written about this in the past, such as here, in a post entitled “The Entire Federal Bureaucracy Is Fucking Fucked”, in relation to massive fuck-ups at the Centers for Disease Control:

Huge numbers of competent experts have been shitcanned, and replaced by ignorant fucking douchehounds trained at wackaloon right-wing theocratic brainwashing facilities like “Regent University” and “Liberty University”. All the experts who knew how to get shit done, to obey the Constitution, Federal laws, and Federal regulations while doing things like protecting us from crime, dangerous food, dangerous products, keeping us from being blown to smithereens by terrorists, keeping us healthy, safe, and prosperous, have been eliminated. They have been replaced by people who can’t even tie their own motherfucking shoes, but who have drank the “government can’t do shit” right-wing sick-fuck Kool-Aid, and are deadset on proving it!

The Federal beauracracy is now absolutely riddled with bottom-feeding Republican hackfucks, and not only are they incompetent, but they are vicious and hateful, and they won’t be easily rooted out. If a Democrat takes over the executive branch in January 2009, it ain’t gonna be unicorns and fucking rainbows. It is going to be a difficult, drawn-out, nasty process of identifying these viciously incompetent America-hating right-wing follower moles, getting rid of them, and replacing them with competent experts who actually give a shit about America and the well-being of its citizens.

Is it really any surprise that these fucking Bush-loving right-wing scumbags have also totally fucked up the FCC? It’s a miracle planes aren’t falling out of the fucking sky. I guess Bush and his cronies have enough raw cunning to figure out that plane crashes actually get people’s attention.

Me, I would’ve thought they had the raw cunning to figure out that letting the fucking levies break down and flood a major US landmark city would actually get people’s attention. Turns out they were right and hardly anyone gave a flying fuck. I don’t think a little plane crash or six would worry them either.

Great post, and great flashbacks Phisyo.

And of course this all came to our attention during the Federal Prosecuters issues, and the hearings about the Attorney General’s placements and replacements.

Liberty and Regent were big buzzwords back then in ’03.

And in the hearings we SAW them Liberty and Regent grads take the stand, Senate AND House, and blur lines if not outright lie. And they all got off scot free, cept for Libby. N he was light weight whupped.

Yep, it’s gonna be a long fight, and they ARE entrenched.

If we use the letter of the law, and get it ENFORCED, they will cave and rat out their co-workers and bosses and subordinates in a nano second.

But they gotta be made to feel the heat. And then, their religion and allegiances will cave like melting butter on salty popcorn.

And truth, and justice MIGHT be served.
If the dem’s march to our tune.
N they is as guilty as the pub’s, so.

I guess I’m jaded and not so hopeful.

But we got the recipe. All we need is a phreakin CHEF to enforce it,

    *G*

    PP,
Do not underestimate them even though they may be “graduates” of Liberty and Regent madrassa…er… “University”. I don’t think a lot of these are crimes of incompetence or omission; they are crimes of commission. It would not surprise me to learn that they deliberately ignore most complaints—maybe even sit around and laugh about them, like the Enron energy traders did about the complaints and sufferings of the California public.

Entrenched is an understatement. The Bush administration has reached farther down into every agency in determining who gets promoted or hired than any past administration ever bothered.

I also believe that a lot of the screw-ups aren’t due to incompetence but, as Anonymoustache posits, are deliberate. These people come into government service believing government is the enemy. Their goal is to fuck everything up so badly the whole notion of government agencies actually being relied on to do anything positive is lost.

  5. PhysioProf Says:

They surely are intentionally incompetent, with the goal of establishing that the government can’t do anything right, as I pointed out in the post:

They have been replaced by people who can’t even tie their own motherfucking shoes, but who have drank the “government can’t do shit” right-wing sick-fuck Kool-Aid, and are deadset on proving it!

  6. Lea Says:

Please make sure you come back to Effect Measure and argue your post on The Bush Legacy. Seriously, would love to hear more as I’m, for the most part, in agreement with you.
There will be arguments, well, you’ll see who chimes in. Please defend the regime thing as I believe this is true.
